Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Meeting Spot. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

Meeting Spot exists to help people meet in real life, safely. When you use it, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect. No harassment, threats, or hate.
• Be honest about who you are. No impersonation or fake profiles.
• Keep others safe. No sharing another person’s private information.
• Follow the law and meet in good faith. No illegal activity.
• Use reporting and blocking tools rather than retaliating.

We may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that break these rules or put others at risk.

Meeting Spot helps you find and coordinate plans, but you are responsible for your own safety when meeting people in person. Meet in public places when you can, tell someone where you’re going, and trust your instincts. We provide reporting, blocking, and privacy controls, but we do not conduct background checks on members and cannot guarantee anyone’s conduct.

You keep ownership of the content you post (such as your profile, plans, and comments). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content so we can operate the service. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it.

Keep your login secure and don’t share it. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meeting Spot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any member, whether online or in person. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Significant changes will be communicated in the app. Continuing to use Meeting Spot after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
